OK, so the president  decides he cant take the heat anymore and decides to move the trials of the 9/11 terrorists out of NY.  So that assuages the NY crowd,  but now the question is which lucky city and state will have the honor of being the #1 terrorist/wacko target for the next two years? Any volunteers?

I have heard talk of Washington DC. Since they don’t have any senators or congressmen no one has to worry about losing their jobs. It would be close  enough for Janet Napolitano and Eric Holder to really understand what these people are all about. But alas, gridlock as bad as it is now would become interminable. so that’s probably out.

I like Chicago personally: the home of Al Capone, Jesse Jackson,  Jeremiah Wright the Daley machine and Barack Obama. They know a thing or two about thuggery, blackmail,  hard ball politics, and intimidation. If they couldnt win the sporting Olympics, throw them a bone and give them the terrorist Olympics. World class terrorists never before tried… virgin defendants no less. Think of the economic impact to the city and state.  A media frenzy; documentaries, movies, fisticuffs.  My heart is beating faster just thinking about how great this would be.   And it could be awarded without a silly Olympic vote in Europe.

Or, we could have a military tribunal in Guantanamo.  Lets let the fun begin on this one. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

Sad news today as the new president announced that he will be closing the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay Cuba,  or Club Gitmo as it is affectionately known to listeners of the Rush Limbaugh program. Interestingly , he made this decision without a plan as to what will happen. He has appointed a team to study the issue and make recommendations.  So full speed ahead and we hope ( did i say hope,) that a solution will materialize.

Well I have not been appointed to his team but in the interests of bipartisanship , I would like to offer a solution to his dilemma. Why should these foreign terrorists get to enjoy an all expense paid vacation  with meals, year round,  in the beautiful Caribbean. Do you know what a one week stay in Aruba or Acapulco or the Bahamas costs?  Yet we give these perks to foreigners! And, after upgrading the facilities, we are closing them. Well I say not so fast. I think America’s own  citizen criminals are deserving of the same perks the foreign terrorists get. My plan is to open the doors of the Supermax prison, ADX,  in Florence Colorado and move those sun starved Americans to Guantanamo.  Don’t you think the unibomber,  the shoe bomber, Robert Hanson and countless other decent American criminals  deserve their time in the sun? Why is it always the foreigners who get the breaks. Put them in the Supermax and let our boys have some time in the Caribbean. Heck lets even let Ana Montes, the  convicted spy for Cuba go there. It would be like a dream come true for her. Home in the workers paradise!  

We have spent way too much on building a beautiful facility on Guantanamo to shut it down precipitously. Join me in asking the new president to reconsider his order. I even have a slogan” A beach is a terrible thing to waste.”
